Chester Express is a local shuttle serving primarily Chester and Chesterfield County. We offer a flat rate fare of only $16 for up to four passengers and half price for the return anytime same day of $8 anywhere in the Chester area. We also do courier and prescription home delivery services. We are the sister company of Gentleman Taxi who handles our calls outside our normal business hours. Ask for a $2 discount off our service for the first time by mentioning Richmond Night Out. We are a member of the BBB and we are rated "A+".
